Default Hard Drive Help Needed

I Have Pro Tools 8 installed on G5 PPC, with a Digi 003 Rack+
I am about to purchase an External Hard Drive for my Sessions (Audio)
The hard drive that I am looking at is as follow:
Lacie 500 GB, D2 Quadra eSata
USB 2.0, Firewire 400, Firewire 800
7200 Rpm, Buffer Size 16mb Cache
Is this a good Drive for my audio sessions?
Your advice is greatly appreciated and needed.
Thank you

Assuming you are in the US check out OWC for external drives. There are mixed reviews regarding the lacies, also the OWC drives have the recommended oxford chipsets.

Cheers
