Default Falcon shuts down pro tools

I’m using the newest updated version of pro tools and Catalina. Every time I insert falcon into a instrument channel it crashes protools. I even re downloaded it and it still happens. Anyone have an idea on what’s happening?

Is Falcon compatible with Catalina?
