Help cannot register Mbox 2 mini.

Bought my Mbox 2 mini a long time ago. But worked in Cubase and did not register mbox on the site.
Now I work in Pro Tools and I want to install at home Pro Tools too.
Problem. I cannot activate mbox, writes, that it is not correct registration id. But I rewrite it with cards.
I want activate to download Pro Tools Le, i lost my Pro Tools le 7 cd.
I also read that can make an upgrade with Pro Tools le 7 to Pro Tools le 8?
I would be grateful for any help! Sorry for my english.

What is your computer setup and exact operating system?

There is no need to register your Mbox 2 mini to do the crossgrade to Pro Tools 11/10 from Pro Tools LE. You just need the hardware serial number printed on your LE interface.

But you do need to know if your computer can run at least Pro Tools 10.

My computer is MacBook Pro Early 2013, OS X 10.9.5.
