it worked after I trashed prefs and signed on manually - I previously ticked the box keep me signed in.
But now if pro tools crashes while tracks are uploading, it's seems to corrupt the project and the task manger seems to hang on uploading tracks. The one project i am working on now I added a track and and trying to upload but the progress bar just keeps spinning and taking forever just to upload one track. If thats normal it's pretty much unusable. |

Day 2
Ok after spending all day yesterday - I got project uploaded - but my collaborator cannot get any of the tracks I have uploaded to the Avid Cloud. PLEASE I need this to work I cannot do wha normally do and jump on a flight to go work with artist in another country. We spent a lot of time end effort to ship a recoding rig internationally not We ca't work b/c of this error. I called Avid support by phone and I was told nobody is avail to help with this issue. Avid Collaboration Cloud server down again?
502 Bad Gateway, yet all my other cloud and web connected things are fine.

Working for me here, but had heard there were some experiencing trouble. There a new note about this from our CCXO in General Announcements.

It's still not working tried a smaller session bounced down and committed it to 5 tracks. The Project uploaded - but n dat we populated to the session recipient. no session data could be received not even any of the makers or tempo just an empty session.

Avid tech support are aware and working as fast as they can to resolve this so hang tight as in these dangerous and unpresedented times things are gonna take a bit longer to resolve but they are very aware and on the case to fix it.

DAY 3 Still Not Working
On the surface this seems to be a bug with Catalina and Pro tools 2020.3 We sent the same projects to another system with High Sierra and 2020.3 The Original Project was created on 2020.3 on Mojave then sent to a computer with 2020.3 and Catalina The Catalina 2020.3 system is NOT ABLE to download projects The High Sierra 2020.3 system is ABLE to download projects This error is 100% Repeatable every time Clearing the Caches Deleted Preferences Clean Reinstall - All did not help |

Day 3 problem continue
New Problems Local system can login OK but Remote system, cannot login to accept Projects Could log in on local system but could not open ANY projects. The 502 Bad Gateway sounds like a server traffic issue with whoever is hosting the Avid Cloud This persisted has for hours. ( but of course works late at night when everyone is sleeping) We called in and got a case number yesterday but to this point still have not got a call back Paying for support and paying again extra for cloud service that has not worked is extremely frustrating. |
