Buying Protools 10 issue, avid store

Is there no way to buy Protools 10 upgrade with the instrument expansion pack on avids store, for download, allthough I'm not in my homecountry at the moment.. ?

I could not choose my own country.. I bet it has to do with the tax etc, but in Finland it is cheaper then in my homecountry, so if anything I would get a lower cost in this country if I opened an account here.

Anyway, what I am trying to do is use my norwegian card and actually pay more then if I used my girlfriends card.

Help would be greatly apprechiated. :)
