New to the community with the same exact problem. Current annual subscription, but my license is showing expired and won't update. Created a case and have still not received a response. Please help!! Can't work! Case number 03249541....

Same problem here. Opened a case yesterday to discover it no longer exists. Opened another one today and still no reply. Need to get on with my work avid!
This ain't good enough - it's clearly a known problem because so many have experienced it, including me in Feb 2017! 8 months later and the issue has come back! Why hasn't this been sorted or at least some sort of process put in place so people can resolve it quickly? If you can't fix the bug then please start managing the issue better! |

I have updated my payment type yet pro tools still isn't activating on my ilok so i am locked out! Case number 03304009

same problem here case Case 03332633. I was emailing about this and Avid stopped responding for no apparent reason. I then tried chatting with Avid and the solution suggested by the chat was to go to Guitar Center and buy a support subscription so I could then buy the contract update. Needless to say I was rather stunned at this suggestion and I hope Avid can do better.
