Issue with Ilok licensing, please help !

- Bought Protools 11 upgrade from PT 10 (boxed version).
- Came with a code on a plastic Activation Card
- I have connected my Ilok 2 to my mac

- I log into my Avid account
- i click on "Avid Software Activation and Download"
- I fill in the (download)code from the plastic card
- I fill in my Ilok account credentials
- After stating " checking Ilok" , it then shows me just an Avid dealer page.
So no comfirmation message about having succesfully deposited a PT 11 upgrade license to my Ilok account.

- Then i check my Ilok account and no PT 11 upgrade license available.

Am i doing something wrong ?

Selecting a Dealer/Reseller is one step in the process. Please select your Dealer then click "Pick this reseller" (or click "Reseller not listed") to complete your activation.

Hi Jeffro, i didn't know that !

It seemed for me the proces just "jumped" out of the proces.
