Workspace bug??

This is strange..and it was not doing this before. When I go to workspace and browse for files on my HD..it is now showing 9 instances of a folder that only exist on my HD as one also..it stuck in this weird indexing mode in the background that causes PT's to lock up sometimes..anyone else have this weird issues when browsing for files using the workspace browser?

Ok..so I deleted the file it was saying there was 9 of..then reopened PT's..and then workspace..and it says they are still there..all 9! Very bizzare..so..I tried to delete from the list in workspace and it said some type of violation occured then wouldn't let me close PT's at all...strange stuff. I used onyx to clean some cache's and rebuild permissions and then I used the cleaner tool posted by a user on the TDM mac forum..but still have this problem..did I mess something up? Do I need to reinstall PT's to get Workspace to work correctly again?
