That's exactly the circumstance I'm referring to. Don't worry about the mix, just apply trim to the final printmaster stems. That's all you need to do!

Only problem with this is that if your mix hits -1.4 and you lift it up 1.7 to be in spec, your mix is clipping. How do you deal with this? Riding faders at these specific points?
