Sound card issues

hello
I've just get my Ilok and i start PT 12 for the first time all was fine instead of i couldnt use "play".
and now when i'm lauching PT and select my Soundcard ( Roland duo capture ex) a pop up says "matériel pro tools n'est pas installé ou utilisé par un autre programme " (sorry cant say it in english ) and PT close instantly.

I'm on windows 10
I7 4710 HQ 2,5ghz
8go DDR3 1K6hz
Latest version of PT (not the "first" version)

Pro Tools likes to have exclusive use of the sound input/output device. Windows has to be configured to not use the built-in ("on-board") sound card for system sounds.

Even some "external" audio interfaces default to allowing Windows to play media or system sounds.

Best setup is with a dedicated sound card for Pro Tools.

Le meilleur method etait un "audio interface" seullement pour Pro Tools. (Sorry, my English-French dictionary is being used to tilt back my guitar amp.)
