Upgrade: You Have Reached The Maximum Allowed Activations For This Serial Number

Hello,

I have dowloaded the updated firmware 2.0 of 11R from the Avid site.
but when i run the update i get the message :

You Have Reached The Maximum Allowed Activations For This Serial Number.
Allowed Seats for this Serial Number: 1
Currently Activated Seats: 1
Attempted Amount: 1

I hvae seen already quite some forum entries with the same issue, but I could not identify the solution for this issue.

I tried the usage of the software some time back on a Windows 7 PC and the dialogue did not appear at all - so it was not working. Now I'm with a new PC and Windows 10 and I receive the above mentioned error.

Does anybody know what I have to do to resolve the issue for my 11R?
