Update Plan Expired?
So, excited to see that 2019.5 is finally released, rushed to my account as I've been awaiting Mojave support only to find that my ALL my PT licenses seem to have expired - the most recent on March 30 this year, now, I'll admit that I haven't looked at my account for quite some time (why would I, I knew that 2019.5 was still in the works ) but I have received no reminders from Avid that the subs where about to expire either... one would think they'd be keen to renew the licenses? I've maintained my subscription to Ultimate on a regular basis and would like to continue to do so, how do I achieve this and will I be notified in the future?
Thanks in advance. MK |
