Pro Tools 8 Keyboard Shortcuts

Anyone know where I can find a detailed list of all the Pro Tools 8 shortcuts?
Better yet anyone know where I can get a free printout of the keyboard stickers.

Everything that I have found so far has been for past versions of Pro Tools. I can't find anything for Pro Tools 8.

The $18.95 I spent at the Digi Store was well worth it. TO make sure they stuck well, I put them on a brand new keyboard(no old finger schmutz). The material they are made out of is plenty rugged and sticks well. A few keys needed to have the letters darkened after a few years(4 years and still going).

Is this for a MacBook Pro keyboard or a normal keyboard? I'm planning on making a widgit with the shortcuts that I can put on here but I can't find them all for the MacBook Pro.

If anyone has one would they be able to take a picture for me?

From what i remembered when looking at it, it wasnt for a MCB keyboard and therefore some of the shortcuts differ, also its too big, i want to make it expandable so its only there when you need it

Last time I was in the local Mac Authority, they had some nice rubber keyboard overlays for MacBooks.

Will a Mac Keyboard and overlay work with a Windows machine if I use the following program to reroute the couple of keys that need to be rerouted?:

I bought a silicone overlay for my Macbook pro with all the shortcut keys on it last year. It works a treat and has saved me a lot of time indeed. I don't have the link with me, but I originally found it just by googling.
