11 wont activate

When I try to open it I get taken to the activation page. I put in my ilok id and password then it says
"you dont have any licenses in your account or none of the license there have activations available. You may need to visit the publisher website to get a license."

But I had a look at my ilok account and the licenses are there.
While I was looking I noticed that my account says my licenses are on ilok1. I have the one that looks like this - ILOK. I thought 1 were there ones that look like a key??
10 is opening fine but not 11. What should I do?

PT11 needs an ilok 2

(If you are running HD then both the HD and non HD license need to be on the same ilok)

Thanks got this sorted. Had to download the new app and activate that way.

I think my ilok must be gen 2 but I thought is was gen 1 because on the ilok site its named ilok1. But this isnt referring to the gen, its just a name as you can have more than 1.
