will eleven rack work with pro tools 11

hi im looking at an eleven rack on ebay and i need to know weather it will have any compatability issues, or will it work fine? are there any different versions of the eleven rack? should i just go ahead and buy it? any help would be great thanks

Eleven rack works great with Pro Tools 11

There is only one version of the 11 rack however there is a firmware update called the expansion pack that you definitely want to have

The eleven rack works fine with pro tools 10 and 11 for the price it's a fantastic bargain . I bought one from this guy , really helpful great customer service
His sellers name is gsharpmusic on ebay . Message him ask any questions

That's correct if you buy a new 11R now. If you acquire an older version (2nd hand), it may not (yet) have the expansion pack firmware loaded.

That's EJ wells - a user on the DUC - you won't have any problems with that purchase

As mentioned, the 11R will work with Pro Tools 11, you can checkout my YouTube channel to see it working with PT11 if you wish.

But, you need to know that at this time, the 11R on-screen editor is not available in PT11, for that you will need to use the co-install of PT10

The on-screen editor is also available in PT LE8.0.1 and higher and PT9.

If you already have PT11 then this is a great deal, if you would like to get Pro Tools 11, check out the new Eleven Rack on B&H Audio, last I checked it was $618 and included PT11.

That is a problem with the new Imacs in general, with various brands of audio interfaces. It's not Avid's problem at all. It's 100% Apple's problem. There are various threads on forums about this.
