Default My Pro Tools 12.8 is consistently not activating (says it's activated)

I need help.

It has done this in the past.

I NEED JEFFRO'S HELP.

Hey,

I paid yesterday,

The payment was successful, it claims to be activated, green activation light, I sync my iLok, and then launch Pro Tools 12.8 and it tells me I don't have licences and to purchase a perpertual one. I pay each month for this bs to happen.

I see you have a case open and that CS has deposited a temp license while you work out a billing issue. If the temp license isn't working please let us know, otherwise please reply to the case when prompted. Thanks!

Default HELP. Payment Issue Pro Tools 12.8

This will be the third time I've posted about this same licensing issue.

I have paid for Pro Tools 12.8, Visa. On the avid site, on my browser, it says "Active" (pay period: Time Period: Apr 29, 2017 - to - Apr 28, 2018)

My Avid Application Manager, even though synced, says "Not Activated" under the "Licensing" tab. My iLok is completed synced, and still, to no avail, I am not able to get pro tools to launch. It says I do not have the correct perpetual license. (See attached screenshot)

This happens to me constantly. I cannot understand why I keep having to update my CC information and have it process each month.

I have tried this with two credit cards. It always acts up. I have money on both of the cards when each payment needs to go through, yet it still seems to boot me off of PT every few weeks.

INSANITY.

Please contact me to fix this issue, I have a session tomorrow morning and I absolutely need this solved.

The temp license was good for a couple days, so that's why it's no longer working. Your support case says the bank declined payment, sorry I don't have more info than that but I have sent your post on to update the case for a response (and have deposited another temp to get you up and running).
