Definitely not working properly here with 10.3.3

Grab a piece of audio and redo the pitch in the second window option ('draw' mode) and see what random noise you get. It previews perfectly but the processed track is something else.

With the non committal answer from Serato I'd say DEFINITELY don't buy until it is (if ever) updated.

I have to go and learn another plug in now.. what were those other options again?

Be sure the Audiosuite Handles are set to Zero.

but he brings up a good point. 10.3.3 added audiosuite functions (allowing plug ins with more then 4095 samples of latency)

10.3.3 could be broken.

I havent tested this myself yet and I kinda dont want to at this point.

Yep - set to zero (also tried consolidating audio file for good measure)

I email them panicked and got a response.

Hey XXXX,

Thanks for your email. Let me be straight with you. There has been other things that have taken our priority but with a growing number of users updating to newer versions of the DAW's which Pitch 'n Time is supported in, we have been more proactive about development of this product. We are looking into 64bit and AAX support for Pro Tools and 64bit support for Logic users also moving forward. I can't say when this will be available but we have a road map for this over the coming months. Sorry for the lateness of this update. You hope you bring a pleasing result in the future.

Regards

+1 It does such a nice job, I'd hate to loos it. Although a while back, I emailed someone from their tech support and he did confirm that something is brewing for an update. I wonder if they are just waiting for PT 11 to come out. Maybe, if enough people make a big enough stink about it, they will bring it to life. I say, lets all email their tech support and let them know that we would like Pitch-N-Time updated :)

I wonder if PT finally going 64 bit will give them incentive to update. With so little support, I'm kind of surprised they haven't just dumped the plugin, still skeptical they ever get around to it.

I'm afraid we won't see an AAX version and my $550 is of no value unless I keep a PT 10 version running for it.

I still use P&T in PT 10HD, I'd love to see them continue in AAX, I still feel its the best, but I'm open to another program that would do the job as well
