Pro Tools 10.3.9 Eucon error

EUCON in PT 10.3 (Eleven Rack is my I/O)

Every time I try to enable EUCON it says "Error occurred when trying to load the personality controller EUCON"

Any ideas what would cause this?

Which Eucon controller are you using? Which OS are you using? Which version of Eucon is installed?

OS: Windows 8.1
Eucon Version: 3.3.1

I am trying to use the PT|Control Ipad app. It works fine on Pro Tools 11 and no issues with Eucon, its just my 10.3.9 that's giving me issues

Does the included Read Me say that Eucon v3.x works with Pro Tools v10.x? The last version of Eucon that was qualified for Pro Tools v10.x (on Mac OS anyway) was Eucon v3.2.1.

Well I had an older version of EuCon and was getting the same issue, so I thought maybe a EuCon upgrade would correct the problem. I needed to do it anyhow because the VU meters we're not working out the PT Control app in Using PT11

I went through the read me that came with the latest download. The only compatibility mentioned at all was this

" Pro Tools® and Pro Tools HD 9.0 and higher are fully EUCON-aware. This chapter explains how to configure and enable EUCON™ in Pro Tools, and shows you some common tasks to get you up and running."

Anything else was just hardware related.

Anyone else seen this issue or any ideas on resolving it? I mean I don't mind using the Neyrink Ipad app, but that's $50 and the Digi002 driver I have often has buffer overflows whereas the Focusrite and my Eleven Rack do not...but I would prefer to use PT | Control

Do you have the Ipad Control version nr 1.0.4 installed aswell as the latest Eucon version 3.3.1 as both are needed to get the ipad app working. I had to go to App Store and check for the update as it didn't tell me that the App was updated. Went there and it said "update" on the button which i never seen before so let us know what you find.

Its not the App that's the issue. Its enabling Eucon inside of PT 10.3.9. I cant actually turn Eucon on. I get the error I listed above. Im pretty confident once I am able to enable Eucon, the App would work fine as it does in PT 11.
