Although the release of PT 12 has been a disaster in my opinion, there is ONE thing/person that has made it somewhat tolerable. I want to personally thank JEFFRO for all his hard work. You've been on the front line of this war and you've worked hard to resolve as many issues as possible. AVID would do good to hire more associates like yourself!!

Totally agree! I'm impressed for the support jeffro gives, and also the super fast response at Avid support when I have asked questions. Peace and love
