Urgent problem, please help

Hi guys, I have an extremely important session tomorrow and need to set up my session tonight with time code tracks etc. I have today upgraded to Lion and have installed PT 9.0.6. I am running a 15" MBP with a 500 gig SSD and 8 gig of RAM. My problem is this: I create the session no problem yet I cannot see the 002 desk I have plugged in. I go into hardware setup app and its there listed with 0 ins and 0 outs. It is not in the playback engine drop down box. Can anyone please shed some light. Everything seems to run so smooth yet I cannot get this recognised. It is also seen in sys pref/sound as a viable in/output device so i know the mac knows it's there.

Did you install the separate digi002 drivers??

I'm sure you did this already, but just in case: PT menu, Set-up, Midi, Input Devices. Does your hardware show up here? This is how I lock my MC Mix to PT.
