Asio Erros w/001

Im using the ProTools 001 soundcard with my logic 5. Everytime I launch Logic 5 i hear this screeching noise, and an asio error message comes up telling me to relaunch logic. After I click on relaunch it stops and Im fine. Logic will also just close out while tracking at times also. I dont know if its do to the soundcard or what. Please help.
