Default Calling Mister Stone Knife to the red courtesy phone

That's the RED phone...

Seems we Windows Widows are not alone in the SR department:

Misery does love company. Glad to hear you solved your SR problem with that honkin' Emermax PSU, it really is nice. I've got almost the same one and that power conditioning UPS and I'm still getting them. Going to try a few more tweaks on the weekend.

Cheers,

Put Hamm on 5, and hold the Mayo.

That post must be fake. Macs do not ever have any problems.

Man I am sorry they continue for you!
Have you tried 86-ing your Internet Explorer and re-loading it? MS said they've known SR's to be caused by IE corrupted files...

Also there's the mis-matched or failing RAM chip issue.

One post suggested bad CMOS battery (hmmm)

Cracked printed circuit board?

Wheelbase?

Alignment!

You could sure drive a black hole through the silence from Digi on this issue, have you noticed?

I'm going to have a look at the IE problem this weekend, but, although it's installed on my ME partition, I don't use it when I'm in PT and the network card is removed too. Ah well, gives me something to do...like I couldn't find something else to do? Nice to see the Mac boys can have the same problems as us. Stable...Reliable...I never had these problems with reel-to-reels. The cross over tube going microphonic occasionally, but they never spontaneoulsy rebooted. YMMV, however.

Have a great holiday!

Cheers,
