Default no reverb

is there a setting in the 11rack that would prevent the reverb from working,
i have it on, have tried both reverbs that come w/ 11 rack, both manually and w/ the standalone, i have had this happen before but i haven't used my11rack for some time and the last time i had to reset everything back to default,
i would prefer figuring out the problem permanently and use the reset as a last resort, i can hear the reverb when i use headphones into the 11 rack, but not through my amp
thankx,
