Help, pro tools will not recognize audio interface

-snow leopard
-firestudio mobile
-pro tools 9

Everything is brand new. For some reason when I go to Setup>Playback engine and try to change the current engine to my firestudio mobile audio interface, it doesn't show up on the list. This is a problem, as I cannot hear sound from my speakers because of this. Please help.

Have you gone to their website and downloaded the latest drivers for the firestudio mobile?


then you might have to go to the AMS (audio midi setup) in applications/utilities when you have opened the AMS audio window you can set the firestudio as the audio device for playback, then it should work in Pro Tools.

Yes, I downloaded the driver, and I followed the steps you told me to, but the audio interface still does not show up on the list.
