Default Session Back-ups

UP til now, I've been using a USB drive for backing up my PT sessions. But, I've been thinking about the idea of using something like Carbonite (Carbonite.com). Any thoughts? What do you all use just for back-ups?

The only issue with carbonite(or similar) is you don't want your Pro Tools system on the internet. If you hook up the USB drive to an internet-connected machine might do the trick. I copy sessions to a second internal drive(actually I run 4 internal drives with a BU partition on the system drive). I also will copy to an external drive and archive old(finished) sessions to DVD-R(it ain't backed up unless it exists in 3 places). I also keep spare system drives that are cloned from a good working system drive(needed these last week)

Thanks for the suggestions, Albee! You're probably right about 3 back-ups. As I recently discovered, when I had a HD crash, even when you think you've backed up everything, you may not have. I lost some audio files connected to a session which I thought were all in the same folder I created for that session...apparently not! Fortunately, it was a session I had already finished, but still...

I think I may just go the USB and a second HD for back-up route.
