Is PT LE 8.0cs3 stable or should I go cs2?
Hello! Any help would be appreciated!
Or maybe I should stick to 8.0 or go to 8.0cs1 Thing is, I'm reinstalling Pro Tools 8 in my Mac. I haven't had ANY PROBLEMS with 8.0 that are worth mentioning, nothing that got in the way of my workflow. I love PT 8. I'm going agains the grain here. I have 7.4 installed in the internal disc and 8 on the external. I've been getting awfully lazy some days of having to go into the external disc to work and I'm thinking that maybe by finally updating my OS to 10.5.5 or 6 (which one do you think would be better?) and being able to quickly get PT 8 started instead of having to start up the external disc, I will get more recording done, which is my main concern anyway. So, should I stick to 8.0 or get cs1, 2 or 3? Should I upgrade to 10.5.5, 5.6, 5.7 or 5.8? Thank you for all your help and pardon the blasphemy of working off my internal disc (I used to do it before and never had any problems really with PT 5, 6 and 7). Thanks again! sergeman |
