Aux input channel issue with M Box.PLEASE HELP !!!
Hi everybody !
I have got an issue, that I cannot figure out how to solve. I created a single Aux Input mono track in one of my BGM sessions. I assigned input to Mic/Line 1, and output to Analog 1-2. I plugged a single microphone to input 1 of the M Box, set the appropriate volume, and panned it to the center. The signal is coming out only of the LEFT speaker. WHY ? I tried to play with the pan slider. Nothing helps. The mono signal is NOT coming out of both speakers centered. I need to take my M Box to the gig on Thursday. The vocalist an I will be doing some kind of a demo, promoting using Pro Tools on the gig ,as a live recording tool. I will be playing accoustic grand piano along with Pro Tools sessions (as our BGM tracks), and she will be recording live. Both the audience and I need to hear a vocalist in BOTH channels centered. This same kind of a situation happened to me before with my Digi 002 R. The microphone signal was coming only out of one speaker. Please help, if it is even possible to plug one single mic and hear it coming centered out of BOTH speakers ? Any suggestions deeply appreciated !!!!! Thanks !
That was a problem. Turning the knob clockwise puts the signal in both channels. It's actually completely independent from software settings ! Cheers ! Chris |
