Default Text Copy and paste bug, anyone else?

I've just put together a new system running PT 2020.05 on windows 10. and I've encountered a strange bug when copying and pasting text to a file name.

If I copy some text, like a spot name or ISCI code for example, and try to paste that to the start of a clip name by double clicking the clip, mousing to the start of the name and hitting ctrl v, the pasted text always goes to the end of the filename, not wherever the cursor is.

Anyone else seeing this?

This also seems to happen in other text fields, like the "batch clip rename" window. Location Markers, etc. It doesn't happen in other applications.
