Default AUX RETURN in Logic Audio with Digi001

AUX Input in LOGIC AUDIO PLATINUM v4.7 (LAP) with DIGI001

Following responses to my recent topic posted on 4th May to be found at http://duc.digidesign.com/ubb/Forum24/HTML/005416.html Digidesign DIRECT I/O 5.1 has cured the MIDI bug.

Even though we've had Logic Audio for 17 months, because of the aforementioned problems I haven't yet become familiar with the program. Can anyone help us make AUX Return in Logic Audio for monitoring audio input to Digi001 to be monitoroed in Logic Audio?

Our System
Apple MAC OS 9.0.4 G4 350MHz 192 RAM 9.5Gb internal H/D
SCSI Adaptec 2906 to 18Gb & 9.5Gb external H/D
DIGI001 MIDI IN from Technics keyboard MIDI OUT to various sound modules.

Thanks.

Go to the environment, then go to the audio layer. Highlight an audio object (track 1 let's say) and in the parameters box (on the left of the screen) where it says "track 1" click on this and assign it to an input. This makes the audio object an audio input object, and will monitor input and efx in real time just like Pro tools. The only problem with this is recording the dry sound with efx. I don't think you can do it yet.
