Where is my "eleven rack"

I justs uppdated to pt9 and now i cant see my eleverack in the intput/output in the I/O! and get nothing but a totaly clean guitar signal. please explain this like to i child. iam totaly new to the protools stuff

Please try re-installing the Eleven Rack driver from the PT9 DVD.

Thanks man! but i think i got it fixed! But now i got athoter problem! i cant drag groves from ez drummer into the session

Please Help me! everyting working fine in my old computer with pt 8,4! but in my new one with pt9 i cant drag a singel file!

No problems dragging files from the file system to Regions and from Regions into the Session.

Well! i cant drag anyting!
