Default System ID for Pro Tools?

This forum is very helpful.

i have one other question. When I sign in to my Avid.com account I can see all of my products. I purchased a Perpetual License for Pro Tools a few years ago. Under my Pro Tools tab it shows 2 system Id's.
One expired and the other current. I am not sure how I have 2 system ID's and am unsure which one to enter when I am asking for help.
The perpetual license system ID shows an expired software and support plan, but I purchased a plan that is still current. Any idea which System Id i should reference when asking for help?
Thanks to the moderators who have escalated my other question with Avid.I appreciate it!
