Default audio dropouts

i get the message stating that i need to adjust my hardware buffer settings to release better cpu RTAS usage. i can have 3 to 8 tracks assigned then i get these audio dropout for some reason i dont know. what is the best settings for my H/W buffer and cpu usage limit?....SOME BODY HEEELP!!!

Just increase the buffer settings!

There is no best setting. When you track, set PT to the lowest buffer, when you mix, set it higher.

An important factor is the power of your computer, as LE and Mpowered need a strong CPU.

Maybe you could post a Sandra report!
