Default Motor Mix Firmware updates?

It seems impossible to find someone with answers. Cm labs has no contacts. Does anyone know where I can get my motor mix updated for use with PT 7.3 and eventually PT 8????

thanks

I'm assuming you went to http://www.cmlabs.net/

I took advantage of the "rebuild" listed on the front page - but that was 2 years ago now. Carl responded to email quickly & had my motormix back to me very quickly.

On another note - are you sure it needs to be updated to work? I only did the rebuild because I bought it used and it wasn't in great shape. It was working fine - but I must say I don't remember what version of PT I was on at that point. Carl updated the firmware chip and actually replaced a couple of broken buttons, as well as touching up a few scratches.

Hope that helps,

Bummer. Maybe he's on vacation? Or maybe that's the end of CMLabs...

Good luck...

I really dont think this is the end of CMlabs.
I just think Carl is spending alot of his time on getting his new console, the Merlin, just right.
He has been very kind and imformative, every time I have contacted him on this adress:
[email protected]

Hope this helps:)
