Default MBOX2PRO: Is it aggregate device friendly?

Hi,
I would like to know if the new MBOX2Pros can be a member of an aggregate device in a non-PT DAW (DP5, Reason).

I can't find a definitive answer. I was just wondering if anyone else has. I have an original MBOX and it is NOT AD friendly.

Thanks,
vv

You have Reason listed for your hopes of mbox 2 pro working with it. If I understand correctly, you mean to say the original mbox isn't working for Reason, for you currently?? The original mbox works well with my Reason. In fact, I've used my mbox with other programs, though I haven't used them for a long time now, and can't remember the names of examples, but it's the only thing I use to record music into any program I can.

No, he wants to use more than one interface with reason... aggregate devices is something you can do with some CoreAudio hardware in some applications where multiple interfaces can be used at the same time. None of the Digi hardware/drivers supports aggregate devices however, so the answer is no.

It should...
The Mbox 2 and as far as I know the MB2P are finally using a normal CoreAudio driver... I can use iTunes and PT at the same time with the Mbox 2 for example... and I've been able to aggregate it with my Novation X-Station.
