Ilok License Cloud Problem Update

ILOK Licenses issues UPDATE !

Hi guys as some may know by now there have been issues with some cloud based licenses going on. Apparently there some problem with ilok.

Please do this and check , go to ilok app manager > Right Click and click synchronize manually.

Got a few cases resolved today by doing this after ilok support responded to another user this steps that didn't worked before.

Hi please be shure to have a consistent internet connection there. Also please stop and start your ilok cloud session and test.

My best advice, use the cloud only when you have no other choice. Using a physical iLok is going to be way more dependable

Agreed. Particularly now when a lot of people are working from home and web servers are getting hammered. Physical iLok and the $30/year ZDT coverage - a very good idea.
