The software wont show up in your account until a valid system ID has been activated. Anyone that has had a replacement Master Module it is not the System ID on that but your original that came with the S6. If your ID fails then either contact support or private message me and I can look it up and see whats going on. Send me the system ID, email used to register and Name.

I have the same issue here. I renewed my S6 support contract a while ago but as it does not show up in my Avid account I have no idea how to find out whether it is still active or not....and also I do not receive any notifications that it is due for renewal or expired, I already went through this horrible nightmare of renewal before where it had to be manually done through my local dealer. How should I proceed Eddie?

Same here. My S6 contract is current until next year so I'll contact Support to straighten it out but seriously, a reliable database would save SO much time on all sides. Oh, and, I hope extended hardware coverage can be included in the records. Last month I had to email a receipt for such purchase because Support had no record.

This is part of this change...you system ID and contract are now in your Avid account.

Is the Avid S6 3.5 update available for the Avid S3 will I need to update my current firmware and reinstall ProTools 12.6 for use on the Avid S3.

Also can you advise how to change an email contact address within the Avid Master Account.
