Music Production Toolkit- Missing Disc

Hello-

My software only came with the TL disc.

Is there another way to download the toolkit with my authorization code without going back to the hated Guitar Center?

You should have 7 discs. Are you running an Intel Mac? You should be able to login to MyDigi and be able to download all of the software for MPT. I purchased the MPT at Guitar Center and all of the discs were for PPC Processor Macs. I then authorized and registered everything on the Digi website and was able to download the proper software packages for my Macs.

Nope, only one disc and it is the TL stuff.

OK, so I seem to have downloaded and installed all the toolkit and now when I go to start up pro tools it's asking for the TL authorization codes.

I didn't get a card nor is there anything in the read me files that have an authorization code for those plug-ins.

Where is it located?

Have you registered the MPT? I don't think that the iLok licenses are deposited in your iLok account until you've completed this stage.

Also, not all the TL stuff is included with the MPT. Everyphase is not for example. The software is demo only.

I think I would go back to Guitar Center and just get one thats got all of the stuff in it while you have a chance.

I agree... you should have 7 discs with authorization cards dude. Go back and get one that's not already opened up or something.

The Music Production Tool Kit box should only have the one TL disc. (mine does too..)

There is a white instruction card inside the box that tells you how to install and a yellow card that used to authorize and get the ilok licenses sent to your ilok.com account, no discs needed..

Depending on what version of Pro Tools your using you should download and install the appropriate version of mptk, it says on the card go to this link for the installer download if you don't have a Pro Tools disc for the version your using:

remember, the only included TL plug-in is TL Space Native and its impulse response library.

OK, the toolkit stuff seems to be working fine so far.

I'm a little confused.

The only physical software in this package is for 7 TL plug-ins.

Aggro, Drum Rehab etc.

If these aren't part of the Toolkit, why are they in the box?

Interesting... like Dougied mine has 7 Disks, They must have changed the content to a single disk at some point.

I received MPT as part of the upgrade to 003 and there was only 1 DVD in the box......this DVD is so you can get TL Space.
Why are there other plugs on the disk?
The explanation i was given was that, at some point there are various offers and packages and only certain plugs will apply.
Using Phone Support-Line, I was given a link to get Hybrid 1.01 and then i could upgrade to 1.5
I also asked why there was no MP3 export facility included anywhere. This was dutifully forwarded to my ilok account.
As far as i can recall ( as it is a tad convoluted) everything else is included in the electronic part of the MPT, Smack LE, SoundReplacer, etc etc.
