G rack for m powered

hi there,

Does anyone know if the new digi G rack plug in bundle for guitarists is compatable with pro tools m-powered?
and if so will it be available in the digi store?

Oh nearly forgot will the new M-Audio NRV10 firewire mixer/interface be compatable.
