Latest Control Version only focuses on PT app
Since the update, the iPad and dock do not connect to other applications when they are selected. Only PT works. This is the same whether you select locking focus on PT in the Eucon preferences

Which Apps, I was switching between Nuendo and PT just yesterday.

Switched between Cubase 9, Logic Pro, DADman, and Pro Tools this morning. All was fine.

Review your Eucon settings. Maybe you have the software locked to PT
