Could you make Pro Tools First 12.3.1 available for download in my account? The versions that are available won't work with my computer and I'd like to try it out.

Which version do you have available in your account? The latest version should run fine on a Win 7 system.

Thanks for your reply. The only version I have available is 12.8.2
I'm using a dual core processor maybe that's why it won't work? I'll report back with the error message.
