Am I the only one?

It was an ebay purchase, so it is what it is. The seller was honest and it was new in box, everything sealed and unopened. I did, however find out that regardless, I needed an update that would force me to UG to 7.4, which I just did for $75. All in all, I am in a new MBOX 2 w/ UG for $325- not to shabby, considering the headache I have been having this afternoon.

Thanks to all of you who have been patient and helpful in this ordeal, I truly appreciate it. I will get back to you later to share an update as to my progress with this saga.

This almost made me cry and want to kung-fu my workstation.

Side note- I still am concerned about the activation code not being recognized. Will I still need to have that authorized to start the MBOX & Pro Tools?

Did you ever confirm what version of Mac OS you're on?

Installed 7.4 and my MBOX2 lit up like a Christmas tree!
