Hi Chris,

The D2/D3 are the former TDM licences,and from what i can see on the http://www.avid.com/plugins,and as per the attachment these are AAX native and AAX DSP 64 as well.
And as far as i am aware of, there is no upgrade path/fee for these.

Yup, the same D2/D3 ilok license that worked with Pro Tools 5 and OS9 on a MiXplus system will also work with PT11 as native. There's only one version.
