can't uninstall Pro Tools First

I installed Pro Tools First, but wasn't recognizing my Focusrite 2i2, so I want to uninstall it and do fresh reinstall to see if that helps, plus I uninstalled the plug ins that come with it. Can someone help me uninstall? The option to do so is greyed out in Control Panel (idk why).

I encountered a similar problem. This one worked for me:

1. Right-click on your start button and select Command Prompt (Admin) or Windows PowerShell (Admin).

2. In the command prompt, type control appwiz.cpl.

3. The old style uninstall screen should open, so you can select Avid Protools from the list, then at the top, select Change.

4. In the popup window, choose Uninstall.

See if you can find the older 2i2 focurite asio driver on FO website. It should work with PT First
