Default MIDI doesn't work!!?!!!

I am running Pro Tools 8 (Vista 32 bit SP1) and trying to run the "Make a beat" example on the Getting Started booklet (pg 17).

This is what I have done so far:

1. I hooked up a MIDI-Out (from a Yamaha PSR-275 keyboard) to MIDI-In in M-Box
2. I created a MIDI track.
3. With the Input Selector I chose an Xpand2 Loop.
4. Options/MIDI through selected
5. Record enable on, Record button and then press Play (to record)
6. Nothing happens....

What am I doing wrong?
Do I need to install additional drivers? Software?
Do I need to configure something?

Make sure you check the box for Yamaha in midi devices.
