Authorisation Code Rejected

I'm trying to update from ProTools 7 to ProTools 7.1.1.

However, despite registering my M-Box2 and receiving a confirmation email, my Authorisation code is not being recognised. I've searched high and low through the forum to find solutions but no luck.

Can anyone advise?
