Pro tools 9 License issue?

Hey guys-


I have a pro tools 9 up and running on my computer at home, with no problem at all.I just got a laptop, and wanted to install it on the laptop so i can do some mobile recording. My problem is, when I log on in to my avid account, I can't see my installers or any software. I was hoping one of the avid folks could chime in as to why that is???

Having changed email addresses on your account or having multiple accounts might lead to this. I checked using the email address you used here and there's nothing in that account. Will start a support case to get more info, but for account related issues you can call (select the registration/activation option) or start a case via the Contact Support link here.

Thanks for the super fast response! There is a chance that another email was used to create the account, which I could provide if that would help. I can send over all my ilk stuff too if need be

in a very strange turn of events, i can navigate all the way to my products on the avid website, but clicking the "show" button to actually show the links does NOTHING. Really???!!

even weirder, it worked on my pc fine? flash issue? I'm on i'm on snow leopard, 10.6.8
