DELL 8400 ... INTEL 925 CHIPSET PROBLEM

I THOUGHT GETTING A PENT 4 3GIG PROCESSOR, WITH 1 GIG RAM WOULD BE MORE THAN SUFFICIENT FOR RUNNING LE WITH A MBOX. BUT I FOUND OUT THAT THERE ARE SERIOUS COMPATO ISSUES WITH RUNNING IT WITH ANY COMPUTER USING THE INTEL 925 CHIPSET. I CAN'T EVEN RUN 2 TRACKS WITH IT CUTTING OFF AND I CAN JUST BE SITTING THERE DOING NOTHING AT ALL AND GET POPS ETC.

NOW I HEAR THERE'S A USB HUB YOU CAN BUY TO FIX THE PROBLEM (AT LEAST UNTIL DIGIDESIGN AND INTEL FIND A SOLUTION) DOES ANYONE KNOW ABOUT THIS HUB OR ANY OTHER SOLUTION....JUST WANNA MAKE MUSIC!!!

well bigbubba have u heard about a usb hub to fix the mbox problem??? our other studio has pt6.7 on mac. but i'm treading water hear at my home studio
