Default Dither w/ MP3?
When I export to MP3 should I use a Dither life when I export in AIFF?

I wouldn't bother.. the MP3 encoder is already making such drastic changes to the audio that trying to dither the signal is futile.

AIFF, WAV and sd2 are all non compressed formats of equivalent quality.

AIFF, Sdii, and WAV are all exactly identical except for the file header. There is no difference in quality.
