Receiving MAC demo plugins instead of NT demo plugins (!)

What is going on?

Can someone at CS clarify this? I'm registered as a PT24/NT user and not as a PT24/MAC user..I asked (faxed, called) for an NT demo plugin CD ; you told me its on his way as of (26/07/99) and all i'm getting yet is TC Master X DEMO plugin for MAC and yesterday, Waves Mechanic DEMO Ultrapitch for MAC...again. Now who's wrong !?

We cannot understand why there is so much mysteries and hidden things regarding TDM plugins on NT ; if they are not out in DEMO CD just say it in public but please clarify things up and stop sending 3rd party MAC plugins in our mailbox!

In the hopes of having a professional answer from you Digidesign.

Hi Dan. It is apparent that TC Electronic has got a copy of our PT registered users list and is sending out demo CDs. All fine and good but I guess they failed to distinguish between the registered NT users and the mac people. I don't know why but we're trying to find out. Please understand it is not Digi who is doing this. When I have more info I'll relay it. Thanks.

Well Tom thanks for your answer here and I HOPE that you will get THAT information very soon. You work for Digidesign - then you should know whats going on out there much better than us.

Also It would be very nice to have updates on whats going on the NT side - I mean list of availbale plug-ins that are shipping as stand-alone in a bundle - we dont have a single cue!

and Finally, whats up with my NT Plugins demo cd? Is it already sent to me, or?
