Your case says that your credit card had expired, which is why the license didn't renew. I see the rep deposited a temp while you are waiting for re-billing so please activate that and reply to the case notice email to follow up. Thanks!

Hello,
same problem here. Had trouble with billing, updated billing info, now it says PT 12 plan active. However, next billing is listed for a date a week ago and iLok manager says license unavailable. Even the same thing happened to me (This in PT NON HD. Pt HD is all right). Also after purchasing a year of renewal from Sweetwater, and having it activated! (This is May 19). Please, I need some help. Thank you very much, Jeffro! |

Hi there, having the same problem at the moment. Pro tools won't launch and my ilock account shows that the renewal is pending on my subscription license. My credit card info is up to date and my Avid account shows that my subscription is active. Doesn't look like my payment was charged to my card this month when I look at my bank account...
I'm losing work right now not having Pro Tools! Desperately need a fix ASAP so I can keep my clients! Cheers, Josh. |
